We left and were called a half hour later and said they made a mistake, first amount given was right. We went back in the next day to pay and a rude agent said that's not the price, here's your new price. We left and are now looking for a new insurance company. Beware, they like to play bait and switch at this company. Forwarned, use someone else for your insurance needs."

"Update. Despite me leaving message co my updated exp date on card, my insurance draft failed and was later cancelled. As I have record of said call, and they then wanted to charge me double, I gladly moved to a local provider, Goggins. If they would have even split the difference, I'd have not changed. But I'm happy now! _______________ I switched to State Farm and Beth Baker is my agent. She was proficient and helped me. She also has a great personality!"

"*UPDATE * Beth figured out who my mother is and called her. She let my mom know that my mother misunderstood the agent that said she couldn't help because my mom was at fault and my mother must not have heard the agent correctly when the agent told my mother she had to handle it herself and drive to Huntsville for the poloce report and call and make a claim with the other driver's insurance. Unfortunately my mother heard the agent at Beth's office correctly and when my mom's car would not go into reverse so she could leave no one cared enough to help her. It's OK because I did Beth's job and filed a claim and now that we are having issues getting the claim taken care of we need a lawyer. Thanks for nothing State Farm. Again use Allstate or Alfa. I'm glad I switched. My mom was rear ended and has full coverage with State Farm through Beth Baker. When my mom went to make a claim they told my mom she needs to call the other insurance and make a claim with them and get all the info for State Farm and drive 2 hours to Huntsville to pick up the police report. The girls at Beth's office said they would not do anything for her since she wasn't the person at fault. If I could give negative stars I would. I've never had this before. I have Alfa now and they have always done everything including getting the deductible from the other party so I did not pay anything. Beth Baker gives horrible service. Go to Alfa, they take care of their clients."
